Technically, Fox win ('cause Fox always wins. Like cavemen). They get the money they wanted, without having actually done any of the work, and get to walk away looking like they conceded (they won't get the credit).

It's all very Alliance of them.

Just to be even more cynical than you, I say the lawyers win. Not just in this particular case (though you can bet both sides racked up a pretty penny in fees then claimed that the settlement was a victory) but for continuing this nasty trend of copyright chasing.
