As you are likely aware, Nathan Fillion surprised the Browncoats by popping into
the Browncoat meeting at Comic Con on Sunday! I took video of most of the
event, and have uploaded it to YouTube (in 4 parts) this evening. Enjoy!

Thanks autobot111 for putting on youtube.

Is it bad that what she said made perfect sense to me?

Thanks so much for posting these - I wish I'd been on the same continent, because I would have fought to go! Again, thanks!

Thanks for this - clearly this was a special moment, all the sweeter for the surprise, and I am glad some one could capture it.

Even after participating in FF/Serentiy activities for a few years now, I still don't fell I fully understand SF fandom well enough to know how the interaction between the cast, and audience for this TV/Movie series compares to others. I do get the impression, especially since participating in the BBB, that it is ucommonly strong.

Still, the images and language of the 'Verse is unlikely to ever have the kind of iconic cultural impact Rodenberry and Lucas created for their imaginary worlds perhaps that's part of the attraction. I know for myself, and suspect it is true for others, that many who don't nor will have much interest in Wheedon's work generally are strongly attracted to this particular effort of his.

I'll give Mr. Wheedon the last word:
"You all got on this boat for different reasons, but you all come to the same place".
