I like using the Heavens Above site , hosted by the German Space agency , for spacecraft tracking information . It's customizable to one's own locale ; you may even customize it to provide track info for multiple viewing sites...

In any case , you will get the best available information by creating a free account and putting in the data for your own location :

Select your country, then keep selecting the approprate information until you get a list of dates and times. I can't get my city (too small), but I can get one that's pretty close.

There's also a cool freeware program called SatScape, which automatically updates the TLE's (two-line elements), creates pass predictions, and even gives voice announcements when your selected satellite comes within visible range...
