I look forward to The Cape.

And I saw a little clip with Jimmy Smits looking like a politician, and that, coupled with "The West Wing Season 11" sign in last week's episode of Fringe, had me wondering...

... but it's just a new show where Smits plays a Supreme Court Justice who resigns to fight crime in his own way, apparently. Not a reboot of The West Wing, as I'd kinda hoped it would be.

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

Heard the good news last night that NBC made the call to renew Chuck for another season. Made my night!

Yeah , I saw that one , too , and didn't like it much...

What really puzzles me is your reference to 'The Cape'...That used to be a great TV show with thrillin' heroics by Adam Baldwin...It's coming back ?

Okay , no it's not...

O2B, whatever that is, it's not the new Jimmy Smits show. "Outlaw" is the name of the new one, I think. And it looks to not be anywhere as cool as the name might imply, seeing as how Smits is apparently playing a Supreme Court Justice who resigns and goes to fight crime on his own, whether as a lawyer, a judge, or a superhero hasn't really been made clear. But I'm pretty sure there won't be any blue aliens in it. :)

Oh, and yes - Summer Glau indeed. More would be better. :)

The network upfronts say he quits the SCOTUS and returns to his private law practice.

I think a Justice who moonlights as a Superhero sounds cooler though....

What if they're spacecats 3 meters tall , and they plug in their ponytails as an act of copulation ?

I've heard that there is a future for that franchise...

It's a great fall lineup for our BDHs. Morena will come back in V, Adam in Chuck, Nathan in Castle, and Summer returns to TV with The Cape. WEEEEEEE!!!

Yeah, there still seems to be a dollar or two they haven't squeezed out of that one yet!

I know, right? That's actually giving me ideas...

We'll just call him "Justice". Maybe one day he can have a hot girl for a sidekick, called "Truth". Or "Liberty".

Too bad Alan's Rockford Files reboot didn't make it, too.
