Sonisall & I are going for it!

Maybe this is old news for many, but I've been on the look out for this- my last search turned up unprintable junk & closed sites.

You're mad there I tell ya. Mad.

I think there'll be plenty of this
A little bit of this
A lot of this
But you'll end with this

Best of luck to you both.
Photos when you're done.

I got the instructions before they disappeared off the interwebs again. Thanks for the links. If I start now, I might have it done by next year's Can't Stop the Serenity event!

would you recommend it for an absolute beginner or is this, as the one done by the spanish guy, best left to people with model-building experience?

Wow that's amazing. Who'd have thought.. Just made out of paper... Incredible

I remember being given paper sculpture projects when I was at art college. I just couldn't get the hang of them.

Chris,

I got ta wondering the other day...Instead of ...gluing where others have glued before- have you done any ship designing of your own?

I'm sure peoples here have ideas...

I designed a Martian costume for my kid last week, and she won best in school! Next month I'm designing a space probe from donated foods...Doesn't have anything ta do with ships, but I'm proud of myself, and I had a lot of fun doing it...

Yeah, as a matter of fact. I'm still perfecting it. My Son loves it. I'll build it soon, just so busy with other stuff...

I will... just taking pains to avoid seeming too derivative is all. Too much Star Trek Defiant meets Stargate Atlantis Puddle Jumper at the moment. But I'll work it out!
