There's no place I can be since I found Serenity.

I just got a new digital camera that has video capability and thought I would do a little test. I assume the audio dropout early on is due to the fact it won't record audio and zoom out at the same time. But I'm not going to redo this just for that error.

Damn, I didn't think to put the DVDs in there. I have both the series and movie on standard DVD and Blu-Ray.

RAHLMACLAREN

"Damn yokels, can't even tell a transport ship ain't got no guns on it." - Jayne Cobb

-Firefly DVD Boxset
-Serenity Movie Magazine
-Serenity DVD (contains my Serenity movie ticket stubs)
-Serenity SE DVD
-Firefly Visual Companion Vol. 1
-*Five QMX Blue Sun Travel posters (Coulda sworn there were six. Or maybe I just want more.)
Londinium
Miranda
Persephone
Serenity Valley National Park
Sihnon
-Serenity: Those Left Behind
-Serenity: Better Days parts 2 and 3
**Does the Firefly in the Freelancer Discovery Mod count?

*Got those from Christmas '08. My sister (who was Santa) was wondering why I was getting so extremely giddy when I only got as far as seeing the QMX Logo

**Perhaps, only if I own it in my latest save game, which I don't. If I need a transport, I'll use an Advanced Train. If I want to trek through "bad guy" space, I'll use a RM-1 Outcast Destroyer (It even has my initials). But if I'm too poor for any of those Serenity's nice.

America loves a winner!

Now that's love, right there.

My array of FF stuff, a bit smaller, but respectable. And nothing signed by a BDH, but that's o.k. I have a book case that displays most of my FF related items.

My camera's not bad at it, but I know my brother's DSLR makes a TON of noise when you're zooming. It sounds horrible on the recording. That's probably why it cuts out. It's probably by design.

And I need to show this video to my wife when she says I have too much Firefly stuff.

What were the other CDs with the Firefly soundtrack?

My collection is pretty standard, the DVDs, CDs and BluRays. The Visual Companions and comics.
Nothing autographed.

Only things a bit unusual are the Philip B. Gaines DVDs.

And my collection of wellworn original FOX broadcast VHS tapes I made during the show's run. SciFi run for the 3 unaired eps and HBO premiere for Serenity (2005)

Any chance of getting copies of the Gaines DVDs? His old website is down and I've sent a couple emails over the past year, but no response. I'd love to have these for my collection. You can email me off list if you like: lscrow@hotmail.com

The one on the right is "On the Drift" by the Bedlam Bards, autographed by Cedric at ApolloCon in 2006, the same time Greg Edmonson autographed my Firefly soundtrack. The one to the left is an abridged version of the movie soundtrack, received with the press kit I won on the Universal site.

I also have Gaine's DVDs, but I haven't watched them in a long time and forgot to include them in this video.

Very cool, what else did you get with the press kit?

I also find it kinda funny that in admiring all your stuff, I never noticed you didn't have the actual show/movie DVDs in your vid.

I'm not sure why I didn't put the DVDs in there somewhere, but don't you think it's a given that I have them when I have all the other stuff? As I stated in reply to Whozit, I have both the series and the BDM on DVD and Blu-Ray.

I may redo the vid at some point and include those and other things, like the Philip Gaines DVD commentaries, plus I also forgot "Float Out." Of the things on the floor in the last shot I included just two pages of the Inkworks Firefly card set, but I have them all. I also bought the Serenity card set but gave that one to my son. Probably at least 75% of the stuff I have purchased duplicates to give to him as well.
