I have a pretty good collection, but I would still like to see these titles released in their entirety:

I'd love to see this show complete from episode 1 again. Great memories of staying up late Friday nights in the early 80's watching this show.

Apparently, this show still airs on a local Chicago station.

It aired briefly on a Detroit station(WKBD chn.50 from 1981-82') and I remember having a blast watching this. Gave me a true love for both classic horror movies(Hammer, Universal) and comedy.

I talked to Sven directly a few years ago, he said when his contract expired, the station destroyed every one of his shows. So it doesn't even exist anymore. Sad.
But did the Master tapes really get thrown in the dumpster? Seems to me the janitor of the station might have taken the time to salvage them, possibly to sell down the line. Sorry, I'm an optimist.

Grizzly Adams. Used to air Saturday nights right before the Muppet Show. Guilty pleasure, I'd love to see it on dvd.

My World and Welcome To It
1969 sitcom starring William Windom as a writer/cartoonist who is a bit of a misogynist, in spite of his beautiful, loving wife and intelligent daughter. Based on the writings and cartoons of James Thurber.

I know there's a bootleg of DRIVE floating around that includes the unaired episodes. I would bet that the same source also has JOHN DOE.

I know, I own them. DOH!

Also, I wonder if there's anyway to improve the visual quality of WKRP. I know the show was taped on, well, videotape, so I'm not sure how much more could be done.

A lot of old TV shows bought music rights only for broadcast of the show. DVD rights have to be sought and these are difficult (usually too expensive.)

There are usually bootlegs out there (bittorrent), but that might bring copyright cops down on you.

I have Frank's Place on DVD via "some guy on the Internet"...

The quality is so-so, but it was a great show!

I believe an official release is also held up by the music rights.

Huh. The stuff I'm waiting for is all newer stuff. "Boardwalk Empire" and other newish stuff that just hasn't come out yet, but definitely IS coming out. Eastbound & Down, Season 2. True Blood, Weeds, Dexter...

Frank's Place was a great show! Sadly, very short-lived like a lot of my other favorites. Thanks for reminding me.

Those are all really good shows. That's the thing though, if it is a newer show(especially HBO, and Showtime) chances of seeing it released on dvd are 99.99%.
I skipped the entire season of Dexter last year so I could marathon it on Blu-Ray this August.

Wouldn't mind seeing "Buffalo Bill" come to DVD (starring Dabney Coleman), or "Hooperman" with John Ritter. Both good shows, both cancelled too early.

The complete Pirates of Darkwater is available through WB manufacture on demand program.

Transformers season 3? Shout Factory just released the complete series(including SN. 3).

Yes, Gargoyles NEEDS to be completed.

Buffalo Bill is available, and has been for a few years. I have it, and it is currently only $8.95 at amazon.

But there is another Coleman series that isn't out on DVD yet, The Slap Maxwell Story, plus only one volume of Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman has been released, and still no Fernwood Tonight.

No, I mean Transformers Animated. Hasbro only released seasons one and two on DVD. They say there are no plans to ever release S3.

Got it. A stalled Transformer animated series? Must be living in the Bizarro world. Seems like that would be a pretty good seller.

WKRP without the original music? Still worth watching, but maybe not worth buying.
Two Guys And A Girl for sure.
Vengeance Unlimited. Short run but Michael Madsen has made some crappy movies worth watching. He totally made this show.
Weren't all these shows aired on ABC?
