Likes to mess with stuffs.

CNN.COM - True Browncoats, like the fictional freedom fighters they named themselves after, don't give up easily. Those diehard fans of "Firefly," the 2002 cult TV hit, have a history of turning to the internet to buck improbable odds in defense of their favorite show. Now, they're at it again....

For whatever weird reason only known to CNN. If you click on that link, it won't work, but if you copy the link and paste it into your browser's address bar, then it does. Or if too troublesome, just go to CNN's website and look under the "tech" section.

Expired, forgotten, spoiled rotten.

Nice to see the idea getting such big press, whether it goes anywhere or not. I liked the facebook page and recommend the CNN article to my friends. If they ever set up a system to collect pledges (not actual money), I'd be there in a heart beat.

My question is, how much longer can Fox and Universal ignore the fact that this show is worth money?

Agreed, both Fox and Universal must see what's going on in Facebook. It is something that can't ignore any longer. Nathan has his Castle fanbase and he has us "Browncoats," but what he needs are the execs at either Fox or Universal to make a move. Were he to have enough juice, I do believe we would get our BDH back.

Perhaps they could strike a deal where episodes could be produced to sell on the internet, a la Dr. Horrible, via Apple's iTunes. Of course, the internet would crash, as it did with Dr. Horrible, but that would prove once and for all that Firefly is the (*)*&%^%$#().
