Hey there! Just a curious merc here wondering how many times you have had your eyes stuck on the tube watching the best show in the 'verse. I'll do my count to start off.

About three times each when aired.
Three times each episode, by myself, after I downloaded the eps.
Once with a friend, same downloaded eps. Hooked him.
Five times by myself when it came out on DVD.
Once with my parents, got them hooked.
Once with a buddy I watched the eps from TV, DVD this time.
Once with four other folks who I game with, hooked em all.

In total thats 15 viewings.

That's all the times I can think of. Yanno? I need to watch em some more!

Keep flyin!

I have no idea. I lost count before the DVDs came out. I only downloaded the 3 unaired episodes plus Serenity (my local Fox affiliate had technical difficulties for a half hour of it, then refused to re-air it because it had been canceled) plus the original pre-production version of Serenity.

Since the DVDs came out, I've probably watched them straight through, beginning to end, 5 or 6 times. Plus countless instances of, "Y'know, I feel like watching {insert episode title here} tonight."

I've watched it probably 3 times over by myself, plus once for every additional time I try to induct new browncoats. That's like two more times, plus I'm trying to hook their families, so sometimes more in special family viewings.

Ain't. We. Just.

Well this may sound bad but, sence I got the box set Dec. 9,03 I have only missed about seven days of watching. I watch at least 1 episode per day. I can also say I got my sister on a 1 episode a day habit. When she got her set we watch every episode together, she lives 400 miles away thank God for unlimited long distance calling and DVD players. We got it bad.

"Sanguine it means hopeful plus point of interest it also means bloody."

Soo many times. I have trouble getting disc 1 to play on my XBOX but after a little coaxing. It's the one I've watched least since getting the dvds at Christmas. I foolishly deleted my downloads to free up some drive space. Now I've loaned them out to try and gain a new convert. I miss them.

You mean, people kept count? I have no idea, especially now with the DVD's. Sometimes, if I'm rushing off to class or whatever, I'll just watch scenes. Let's just say, enough to quote off whole passages from most episodes with out pausing (which means enough to freak out at least one of my friends/converts).

Not only have I lost count of the number of times I've _watched_ each episode, I've taken to playing episodes while working - so I'm using it in place of background music too. If I start mixing it with 'Deadwood', I'll know I'm a fiddle/guitar fiend

My brother (Sanguine post 5/1/04 at 6:42)is a little off he may be on a 1 episode a day, but I am on a 3 episode a day fix. Since I saw my first episode in January I have only missed 2 nights where I did not see a episode. NOTE those 2 nights I did not sleep well. LOVE the show. FOX was crazy to not see the gold mine that they had.

Let's see. About 4 times. Serenity episode about 5 times.
I might end up watching the rest to add up to that number.

While the show was on the air i totally loved it but had not reached the stage in my life where i would search online for upcoming info on my favorite shows, and because of this i only watched the shows one time the first time they were on the air.

I'm also a little behind everybody else because i didn't even get them until the end of March when my Sister and Grandma and Grandpa all gave it to me for my birthday gift. (i'm a poor teenager, so i was never able to buy it for myself)

The episode i've seen the most would definately be Out of Gas because it is my favorite and i've seen it at least 10 times(and by AT LEAST i mean, its probably way way WAY more than 10)

I've only seen Serenity, The Train Job, and Bushwacked about 3 times, because i keep lending it out to get other people obsessed!

sooo...i just made a complete post and i don't even think i answered your questions so....the square root of 893?

MAL: Sure I can.

MAL: Well, as a courtesy, you might start
getting busy on that, cause all this chatter ain't doin' me any kindness.

SHAMBLEAU

I'm probably in the fifteen or so range. I'm actually using Firefly to improve my French at the moment. Since I know the dialog practically by heart, I can listen to the episodes in French and it helps me know what's going on. The only problem is that the French dialog is sometimes pretty badly off. There are a couple of scenes where they've altered not only the words, but the meaning of the scene.
