Nope, none what so ever.

Only 260 million bucks on the line. Chump change.

There's no place I can be since I found Serenity.

Marvel and Disney have been very shrewd in their productions, with everyone kept in the loop as to what is happening in the other movies, what story elements will be picked up and expanded upon in later ones, etc. Joss has been in the thick of all that planning, and I'm pretty sure he knows exactly what is at stake, and I'm also sure that he knows he's up to the challenge.

I have a feeling Avengers 2 is going to be like Iron Man 2. The expectations are off the charts high. It sounds like they're throwing in a lot of new characters. It will probably be deemed complex and confusing. It will probably be a financial success but the studio will want someone new for the 3rd installment. So, just like Jon Favreau, Joss will fall out of favor and fall from super genre director status.

Im sure he's under a great deal of pressure 0 but not from Cap 2. The success of Avengers 2 will be measured against the far greater success of The Avengers.

Not exactly comparable. Iron Man 2 was never part of the grander scheme, and was thrown together quickly to build on the success of the first (and mitigate the financial disappointment from Incredible Hulk). And Favreau was offered Iron Man 3, he declined it (but still produced and acted in it - unlikely if he was genuinely forced out).
