Minor flubs

I recently purchased Buffy Seasons 1-4 and after watching them went back to watching Firefly again. (no such thing as too much of a good thing) However, the point is I noticed a couple of minor flubs that perhaps were missed in editing or just overlooked by most people. The first that I noticed was in the famous Buffy episode "Hush". At one point when 2 of the Gentlemen are 'floating' down the sidewalk I spotted the platform that they were standing on coming out from behind the bushes. The other was in "Serenity pt.1" as Wash is coming off of Serenity on the ATV I spotted the Skull and crossbones plate on the front which I thought was even more funny now that Alan is playing a Pirate in Dodgeball, then I see a hand come in from off screen and grab the bumper like it was pulling the ATV off screen.
Now I'm not complaining, I just found them interesting and was wondering if anyone had spotted others. Aside from the ones pointed out in comentaries such as the Wash not actually holding the stick.

Not a 'Flub' but...
I noticed something cool too. In 'Trash', when Mal and Saffron (whatever) were landing the shuttle in the housing complex, look in the sky behind them. I noticed it the first time I watched it, but I'm an air traffic controller so I notice things like that.
