Looooooong time lurker, first time poster.

Hiho everybody! Sending lots of love to all the Browncoats out there.

I was really curious if there are (a) any Browncoats in the Maryland area and (b) if so, would you be interested in setting up a get-together for the movie?

Childunit and I are planning on MAKING all of our friends see the movie, (gotta get a sequal!)but felt that the first viewing would be soooo much more fun if shared with fellow fanatics. (I just can picture sitting with a group of people in a dark theater, bursting out in the theme song when it starts rolling, can't you?)(By the by, childunit posts sometimes - she is "litwolf")

Anywho, looking forward to hearing from you. Let's get together and rock the theater!

jk, this is a good idea. Hopefully people will answer your post so we can all see the movie together. Please reply! Dont make me see the movie with just my mom! I would have to die!

In all seriousness though, I think it would be much more fun to go see the premiere (sp?) here in Maryland with fellow fans if its not possible to see it in Florida or California, wherever its playing.

g2g now, we are going to watch the commentary on the pilot "Serenity". Please reply! Thanks!

My wife and I are up in York PA only about 45 min. away. Would love to be included in a BDM get together. Towson MD is my old stompin' grounds.

There's a group planning to go together to White Marsh Saturday afternoon...if Serenity is even playing at White Marsh. No theatres are showing Serenity as playing (or showing anything past 9/29, for that matter.) We're also ganging up on Tom Kiefaber to try and get Serenity into the Senator.
