I am in shock that LA is not being included in the sneak peek on May 5th. Post a message on the Serenitymovie.com message board and let's try to get a screening added here!

the movie is not the Series. Only the facts have been changed, to irritate the innocent; the names of the actors and characters remain the same

You mean a third one, after the two we in LA have already had? Sorry, sounds a little too selfish, to me.

Joss is meeting Universal this week about Serenity, and I know for a fact he's going to ask about another screening date - but do not count on it happening. It certainly won't happen this month, sorry.

I'll prolly buy tix to an LA screening, if I hear about it in time, but I can wait 'til midnight Sept 29. And I'm concerned about this for a reason best expressed by someone else (think it was either Zoid or Soupy) in another thread. We think that, since tix sold out in hours, they were all bought by fans, and I'm sure that was true, originally. But the ones scalped on Ebay could go to anyone, including those who just want to record the movie & bootleg it.

Well, YT, I didn't get to go to any of the other screenings, and since they were random and people were not able to know about them in advance, I reckon a lot of LA Browncoats missed out.

Therefore, I don't think I'm being selfish.

HELL'S KITTEN

I must be missing something.... What's the point of having an actual release date if you're just going to show screeners to every fan on the planet?

Gosh, I'd have thought there'd be enough Browncoats in Louisiana to prompt a screening. Guess not.
