The initial four episodes caught my attention enough that I watched the main series and it was okay, improving quite a bit towards the end. It was never high up on my watching list but it kept me intrigued enough to keep going see where it all leads.
But from what I've read it really needs to pull in the viewers this season or they'll probably call time on it.

Jane Badler's appearance should be interesting.

I hadn't read anything about the return of V other than it had lost a couple of episodes and chuckled with glee when Jane Badler appeared! Great way to tie in with the original mini-series!
