Have you seen the preview for this? Gah! I got creepy chills from watching him play a pedophile. I love Alan Tudyk so much but after seeing the preview for this weeks CSI I am not sure if I have the stomach to watch it. I will probably end up watching it anyways.

Yeah I don't know how I'll feel about Alan aas an evil child killer/ pedophile, but I'm going to be supportive and watch anyway...plus I love CSI.
I had a similar problem watching Sean ( Simon) play a sleeze ball guy who sleeps with a girl he thinks has passed out, but is actually dead.

I choose to rise instead of fall- U2

on CSI:Miami First Season episode 21 called Spring Break Sean played a guy named Carson Mackie who was the producer of some sleezy girls gone wild kind of thing and they find a dead girl on the beach and go question him and turns out he thought she was passed out and slept with her not realizing he'd slept with a dead body...he does a great job in the part, but it's waaaaay creeepy to watch him sleeze around hitting on girls and such

Seeing Adam ( Jayne) play a military commander in NCIS and a hazmat guy on CSI: Miami is less traumatic because both characters are very Jayne like

EDIT_ Hey Sean's starring in a new t.v. show this upcoming season called Wedding Wars:)

Adam also played a killer on Bones and sadly the bad bad man he was was also very Jayne like. But even Jayne isn't that mean not to women anyways.

yeah, i watched the preview and i screamed and missed most of it, then it was on again, and yeah, a little creepy, but i'm gonna watch it just so that i have a little bit of firefly to think about over the next week or so! it's really good that most of the actors are getting guest roles on big shows, maybe this means a studio will like them so much that they will want to do more firefly or help the cause! that would eb very shinny!

you can't stop the signal mal, everything goes somewhere and i go everywhere

I saw the preview, and Alan has a decidedly sleazy, stomach-turning performance. Kind of like Joss making The Operative the nicest guy while he's killing you, this pedophile is the nicest guy you'd want to meet. Very creepy. Judging from the preview anyway.

MAL "You only gotta scare him."
JAYNE "Pain is scary..."

This episode was one of the best of this longstanding show. Alan rocked the house. Alan Tudyk not just for comedy anymore
