Hi guys, I'm as thrilled as anyone to hear the confirmed release date for Serenity on 22nd April 2005 but is that just in the US?????
How long do I have to suffer in waiting before I can see it here in the outer-rim (England)?
If anyones got a gorram clue, please let me know.

There is a chance it will be released close to that world wide - that date was picked to keep it from the summer block busters and if we have to wait it will open over here next to Star Wars 3 in May - so they might want to avoid that one.

Thing is, if the movie isn't popular (or isn't expected to be) they'll bring the extra movie prints over here when Serenity starts showing on less screens. So the longer we have to wait the more popular the movie is......?

Or - to avoid the Star Wars/ whatever else is out - they could hold off on a europe release date 'till late Aug./Sept.

I'm not playing guessig games - I'm saving now - flying over for a weekend, seeing the movie every chance I get before i have to fly back!

I just checked - It'll cost me 450 euros to fly over - this will be one expensive cinema ticket!
