I may be missing something, but isn't this what broadband is for? You know, encouraging sensible pricing for DVDs

i've found dvdsoon.com and dvdboxoffice.com to be good for picking up r1 dvds on the cheap. they can both be slow if they don't have stock in, but the prices really are good most of the time.

That's weird, never heard of a company refusing buisness...
If it comes down to it, you could have them shipped to me, and I could send them to you.
Amazon UK had shipping to the US...something's fishy.

Postage, postage, postage, AARGH! It's only a few thousand miles anyway....

That Max and Logan love each other, straight up. No bullshit, no affairs, no question. Just the ocassional 'We're not like that' to fend off the curiosity of snoops while they come closer to the truth for themselves.
Without the intensity of the characters' love, and the quality of the actors that bring it to life, it's just another slick action show (albeit with much better than average writing).

Does that do it Chrisisall

The way everything is constructed about Alba's inability to act.
Any gaucheness is explained by Max's origins.
The character with which Max has a big-sister relationship has the same name as Alba's brother.
I am in awe at Weatherly's sacrifice that made the love-interest real.

Oooh, nasty.
Anyway - PB - give the damn show a chance gorramit - do you come here to slag off other people's shows? Would you like it if I started slagging off Firefly (not that I ever would) or some other show you like with no good reason.
I mean, OK, you're entitled to your opinions, but there's no need to go overboard.
Well, anyway, please give it a chance - it might help if you watched it all in order....

'If you can't say anythin' nice, don't say nuthin at all....' Man I love that film. Makes me cry though.

ohmigosh! Chrisisall the closet romantic - ack ack!!

But seriously - I did begin to think their "love" was silly after two years of getting none!!

very amusing - I though Jessica's acting got better as the series went on - she certainly began to "emote" more ....

Was brought home to me how much she'd developed when I saw her gorram brother and his more than wooden portrayal of Krit ….

I have watched it, in all sorts of order. My expression usually matches Weatherly's at Alba's audition
(For Others Information - I know you know - the audition is available as a DVD extra)

Hope you feel suitably ashamed - wanna see far more cynicism from you, young man!

That kind of emotially pure thinking will only get you in to trouble (I cite being injected with a virus designed specifically to target a loved one's DNA as an example of the terrible things that can happen!)

Emorionally barren sex with a random pizza guy cos of her feline DNA is not sufficient getting any for Max in two years.

I prefer everything in widescreen, but the two seasons of Dark Angel are presented in full screen, at least the ones I own are.
