For people who watch it. Just curious.

What I like most is to try and figure out what clues Joss is giving us to solve the mystery - What is the Dollhouse? and What will Echo discover?

That's pretty general, so here goes something specific: I really like the twisty plot of the DH and what is going on within it's walls.

I'd love to be "neighborly" with Mellie (205).

Initially it was that it's another Joss show, outside of that if I'm honest I'd have to say not much. However slowly ever so slowly -which is rare in TV these days- things started to pique my interest. Firstly, Boyd. From the second episode I liked this character. He's an oddity in that he has a moral code in this moraless environment and straight away that contradiction is interesting.
Then it became the mystery around Alpha and this is still the case (I have my theories on who he may be but we'll leave that aside for now)
And now after the last episode Ballard has been given sufficient content to prove very interesting and his side of the story has really grabbed me, not least because of my suspicions about the neighbour having come true (always nice, when you guess correctly :P )
That said the main thing is still the DOLLHOUSE. I'm really not interested in the missions that the actives go on, or at least I haven't been yet, so really it's trying to fathom what the characters within the Dollhouse are up to. That's the juice of the show - for me.

To cap - after six episodes the Dollhouse has really found it's stride. I'm glad too. It really is very, very good now.

You think you know--what's to come, what you are. You haven't even begun.

The mystery, the suspicions confirmed and yet to be confirmed, the puzzle of motivations. The examination of the very nature of who we are, what makes us, choices and consequences. It provokes me to think about what I most want, what I might hire from a Dollhouse if I could, whether I really could or if the lie of it would render it useless. Is it really a lie and a cheat, or can you really make a person? If you can truly make a person, how wrong is it to do so? If I could remake myself, at least parts of me, would I want to? Would this be a service the Dollhouse could offer? How evanescent a thing might the programming be? It really offers endless examination of reality and of self. This is what drew me in to Dollhouse.

I liked that I thought it was just average until the last episode. Now I love it. I realize now that the stories can take us anywhere. It's a great premise.

I love it for the aforementioned reasons as well: the suspense, Joss, and the great personas of each of the characters. Everyone in that show is interesting which is hard to find in a TV show these days.

The very end of the theme song when the dolls get into their sleeping chambers. Other than that not much so far. One good episode out of 6 is not enough for me to like a show. I'll stick with it for Joss but if it was a normal show I wouldn't even have started watching.

Important people don't do field work.

Honestly?

Boobies.

Kaylee: "What's so damn important about being proper? It don't mean nothing out here in the black."
Simon: "It means more out here. It's all I have..."

Are there really only maybe two other people on this thread with any real depth to their appreciation of Dollhouse?

You were busy trying to get yourself lit on fire. It happens.

I'm mostly interested in watching how well (or poorly) Joss flexes his feminist muscle, and trying to figure out what he's saying. I think he's been a little unsubtle in that regard, at least for me, although apparently a lot of people have missed it in favor of "boobies."

Aside from that, I like Ballard's storyline. The "Ballard is Alpha" theory seems a little more compelling to me than before, seeing as how he has wicked hand-to-hand fighting skills and he keeps shrugging off bullets. If he's not Alpha, then I'm really curious about why he's obsessing over the Dollhouse and Caroline/Echo.

Hey YingYang. Looks like we share the same ideas about Ballard. It's been an additional reason why his part of the story is very interesting to follow. Lets see what happens eh ?

Oh, sure - like nobody here is getting any satisfaction out of Ballard's lean, mean, low-body-fat physique. Save your faux righteous indignation for the RWED!

But seriously, I guess my single favorite thing about DH so far is the dialogue - when it's up to Joss spec, that is, which seems to be more the case as the show progresses. And like everybody else, I like watching the characters developing, trying to figure who will eventually be revealed to have been zooming who and for how long and for what reason. And then there's the anticipation of waiting to see which seemingly mild-mannered co-star will completely lose their sh*t at the drop of a cryptic phone message...

Oh - and, yeah...boobies.

lol, I'm not saying that certain spectacles hold no appeal, but it's not been at the forefront of what I 'like most' about the show, personally. I like that it's made me think and also managed to be pretty entertaining. Unlike what seems a majority of people, I've liked it since the beginning, just because the concept is so intriguing and the plots for the most part engaging. My smoldering interest in the whole premise definitely burst into full flame this past episode, though, I can't deny that. It was a good one, its goodness neither harmed nor reliant upon any cleavage or chiseled physiques

Witty dialog, of course. And when that isn't happening, a nice shower scene will do.

I love how morally gray the entire show is. At one moment you're supposed to be cheering for the Dollhouse against Alpha, because Alpha is some murderous psycho who is trying to bring them down. But then you think that maybe the Dollhouse should be brought down because they are dealing in human trafficking and stealing peoples lives. That's horrible. So maybe now you should be cheering for Agent Ballard, but you don't want him to get too close to the Dollhouse because you're intrigued with Boyd and Echo, but should you be so into what Echo is doing because she's not even under her own free will.

There is no real good guy (besides Ballard) in this show. The Dollhouse is not good. Alpha is not essentially good, and even if he is he is portrayed as the villain. Boyd is a good man, but he works for an evil corporation. So who's side are you on? That could be a deep question for the viewer, and that in interesting to me.
