Main Characters

Autobots

Optimus Prime - Peter Cullen
Arcee - Sumalee Montanp
Bulkhead - Kevin Michael Richardson
Ratchet - Jeffrey Combs

Decepticons
Megatron - Frank Welker
Brakdown - Adam Baldwin
Knockout - Daran Norris
Starscream - Steve Blum

Humans
Jack - Josh Keaton
Miko - Tania Gunadi
Raf - Andy Pessoa
June - Markie Post
Agent Flower - Ernie Hudson

Note that spelling errors are endemic.
Brakdown is either Brakedown or Breakdown (both have been used before), Agent Flower is probably "Agent Fowler," and I believe "Montamp" is supposed to be "Montano."

There are three TFs unaccounted for that we know are in the show: Cliffjumper, Soundwave, and Bumblebee. It's likely Bumblebee will be mute (at least in the beginning), and I'm expecting Welker to do Soundwave again (he's gonna be in the booth anyway, so it makes sense to get as much use out of him as possible). Since Cliffjumper appears to be an Ironhide-analogue, Cullen might do his voice again too (as in G1).

EDIT: Another forum just reminded me that Gina was also rumoured to be in this show. No word on who she might be playing.

STORYMARK

I just wish it wasn't based on the crappy Bay movies.

"I thoroughly disapprove of duels. If a man should challenge me, I would take him kindly and forgivingly by the hand and lead him to a quiet place and kill him."

It's not. Prime is a completely new continuity; the only story set in this timeline so far is the prequel novel, "Exodus." We know from Word of God that "movie-like events" have taken place, but we don't know exactly what they entail. Probably they reflect what Orci and Kurtzman wanted to do but Bay wouldn't let them (what with his spectacle-over-substance style, writing his own script while they were on strike, and doing on-set in-his-head rewrites).

It just looks like a cross between the movies and Animated because they're the most recognizable styles right now --I fully expect the show to pull a "Ghost in the Shell"(*) and spin away from the movie aspects as time passes.

(* Ghost in the Shell: Stand-Alone Complex started out as a prequel for the 80s GitS movie. That lasted about a season before it said "screw the movie" and started its own side-continuity [rendering the movie events impossible].)

EDIT with an update: Cliffjumper has been accounted for, and you're never gonna guess who he is.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

Yes. I'm as shocked as you.

This comes straight from the Hub's people to TNI: http://toynewsi.com/news.php?catid=9&itemid=16333
