HOLY CARP!

I just saw the premiere episode of the new BSG series. The premiere episode is called "33" and let me tell you, if all the episodes are this high quality we have nothing to fear about this show going for the long run. As in the mini-series the work from the folks at Zoic is second to none and damn if the twists and turns won't leave your mouth hanging open.

I can't wait for January so I can get my fix each week!

The more I get to know people the more I like my dogs.

Supershiny! That's good to know. I'm looking forward to January!

Fans come and fans go...but zealots are with you until the bitter black end.

YES!!!!!!

I love the new Battlestar Galactica!!!
It's currently showing over here on Sky One in the UK.

I used to watch the original series but wasn't really a big fan.

The mini series was REALLY good quality. It surprised me. I love what they did with the old concept.

The only thing that annoys me a bit is the SFX. It's obvious that they've brought on board the same team that worked on Firefly. It's REALLY gorgeous stuff and I love it, but a little off putting recognising where it's come from.)

For a while, I thought sci-fi tv was dead. My views changed when I saw Firefly and the new BSG series has just strengthened that belief.

I don't mind that Starbuck's a woman. It keeps things fresh. She's a great character. The Cylons are creepier than ever and I love the dynamic with Number Six and the doctor.

It's gonna be interesting to see where they take the series.

NWUKSTEVE

As a fellow UK browncoat, who is hoping against hope that the UK release date for Serenity is not too long after the US date, I have to say it feels weird that we're getting the new series of "BG" before the US.

And I *really* have to say that the first episode ("33") was superb. You US browncoats who aren't already d'loading episodes sure have something to look forward to.

But then again, I like "Lost" too, so I guess not all of you will agree.

Whadyall order a TV series you don't want for?
