yep. Trevor said it. Aeon Flux was a short on Liquid Televison. Lots of violence and skimpy clothes. Second season, she got a few minutes, and died a lot. Third season, dialogue was intorduced. Overall, the story was hard to follow, because the eps would be shown out of order on purpose. there were flashbacks everywhere. it was great. I liked it.

Aeon Flux was, in fact, da bomb. I am skeptical about the live action movie currently in production (or perhaps post-production).

No one has guessed at my first quote, so I will offer another from the same source

"Mary-Lou says where's my baby?! Where's Mary-Ann? Where's Mary Ann?! Where's Mary Ann!?...Dere she is! Heeelllloooo Mary-Ann."

J

apparently, though, the release date for the feature film might have to be pushed back because the main actress hurt her back doing a stunt.

Both of these quotes have me drawing a blank, even my movie trivia friends are silent.

Welll, perhaps some hints are in order.
These quotes are from an animated short, aired as part of a television show in 1986. Here is another quote. By the way, these quotes are all from the same character.

"Mommy, da boofa is gone."

J

Here's mine that I forgot to post earlier with my Flight of the Navigator (ie: Silver Summer Squashes from Space) answer:

"It was like being inside joy. As if joy was something tangible, and you could wrap yourself up in it like a blanket..."

SIMONWHO

That would be Guinan in Star Trek: Generations.

And for the one above that, the only animated short as part of a TV show I can think of is The Simpsons as part of the Tracy Ullman show but we never saw that over here because the BBC, in its infinite wisdom, cut those bits out.

Now, try this:

"I think animal testing is a terrible idea; they get all nervous and give silly answers."

No guess at any of the recent ones but:

"You must never run from anything immortal, it attracts their attention"

and

"There are no happy endings, because nothing ends."

Both from the same movie. :)

Yep, that's correct. It's full of good quotes.

Hrm... let's see...
"Why do you wear a mask? Were you burned by acid or something like that?"
"Oh no. It's just they're terribly comfortable. I think everyone will be wearing them in the future."

The penis is evil. The penis shoots seeds, and makes new life, and poisons the earth with a plague of men, as once it was. But the gun shoots death, and purifies the earth of the filth of brutals. Go forth and kill!
