I just went to the recruitment center and found out that i only lost six pounds in the last week, and .oo25 percent body fat. i gotta lose .05 body fat to join the army. god, i cant wait! i'll have to work out a little harder, i guess.

6 lbs is alot of weight to lose in a week. You must be working very hard. Be healthy about it, and it'll happen before you know it.
