And yes, to me Serenity is much better than Star Wars. An opinion I can state with absolute certainty knowing I have never seen a Star Wars movie. Yay.

Serenity is Trillions of times better than the new Star Wars trilogy, for a few reasons a lot of the time in both firefly and Serenity not all of the bad guys die and(spoilers): not all the good guys live, not the case in Star Wars - bad guys die, good guys live type of thing.

I love star wars font get me wrong(the old ones) but i didnt care about the characters like i did with firefly/serenity. that is what made the old star wars so good. you cared about lukes jedi training and etc. i feel like if lucas would have had joss help out with the script the new star wars movies would have kicked a$$.
i mean if you have seen the new star wars movies, then think about when mal goes to run the back up comlink under ground, the bad guy shows up, that would have been a great place for a lightsaber fight(if it was star wars, ya know) you care about the story, the characters and etc. the new star wars movies, it is all just a bunch of flash with no supstance(sp)
agree or disagree???
i am sorry for not checking back sooner, i have a free wifi hook up and sometimes it works and sometimes it dont, hehe but hey it is free. hehe

I am going to watch the disc 2 DVD tonight and catch up on my FireFly viewing(rented from Hollywood Video). As soon as I can find the FireFly DVD set, I will buy it.

What the heck is up with the box office turn outs for Serenity?? it looks like we will not have a Serenity 2???? to be honest i would rather have a new series, say maybe on Sci-Fi. heh
