Lawyer Watch – Day 3 – Point & laugh

Thanks for all your messages of solidarity – and Phaedra I sympathise (you gotta keep away from those young men though – Hipolytus – yuk!)…My general beef though is that I work city hours, but for a local lawyers pay – tch!!
So having worked all Saturday and Sunday, I discover that I feel so jaded today that I can almost not bear to crack on!!!
Any suggestions as to how to brighten a boring office or make the working day twice as long and still get enough sleep would be most welcome …
Also I could seriously use any suggestions as to how not to break down and cry like a 3 year old in the middle of the office …
Enough griping – I saw a late night showing of Kiss Kiss Bang Bang at the weekend – no lousy job is gonna stop my viewing pleasure …
Any one else seen it?? I personally thought it was fabulous – witty, funny, painful and just so FULL!!! Superb!!

Have yet to see Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, though have heard nothing but good things.
Ideas for brightening up office and/or not crying:
- Act out favorite movies/tv moments using only office supplies. An office supply puppet theater is you will.
- Use the little bits of paper from your hole punch to start a confetti fight.
- Build a paper clip model of Serenity (I don't know if this can actually be accomplished, but it might be fun to try !)
- If you have a swivel chair, spin and blink really fast at the same time. It's fun, trust me.
- Take something from someone else's desk, then send them a ransom note demanding candy, or something equally odd.

-Use different coloured post-it-notes to make a mosaic on your office wall.
-Add a firefly quote to your email signature.
-Listen to the Serenity soundtrack. I do this all the time. It makes me happy.
