Welcome! And FYI, that book's an Amazon error. Keith posts here as "KRAD" and has many times explained the book's non- and never-to-be-existence. For some reason Amazon still hasn't fixed it. That being said, there was a call for submissions from authors for two additional officially licensed novels (which KRAD and other authors have submitted), but there has been no action on them from Joss's camp. Presumably, they're pending on the fate of possible sequels...
