Morbid and Creepifying

I think I might have stumbled over a suicide note today. I might be misconstruing what I saw though.

I was walking across the bridge (which is suspended over a 25-30 foot drop) when I saw a message written in chalk. It said:

I am looking for courage
For the one with will
The one I want
The one I become will
Catch me

It was too dark to see if there were any bodies at the bottom, so I don't know if it truly was a suicide note or not. I do know that the writting was less than three hours old when I saw it.

It's really creepy and I'm not sure if I am misreading this somehow.

Yeah...could be some graffiti meant to make ya think about the people in your life.

There's a poetry website which encourages people to write poetry anywhere randomly and anonymous. I think it's PoetryUnderground or something. Haven't checked it out in years but occassionally I used to slip things into reference books at the library or sketch lines behind lockers in my high school when no-one was around. I wasn't the only one and I know people all around the world that have done it. It could be that.

I agree with copilot. There is always something oddly comforting about these messages.
