Browncoat sighting

Yesterday at the gym I was on the eliptical machine when Ron Glass jumped on the treadmill right in front of me. I didn't say anything because that would have been the height of rudeness to interrupt the man in the middle of his workout, but it was pretty cool. Especially since I never see any celebrities in this town. I've seen two people I recognized since I moved here in September, but Ron Glass was the first real actor. And a Browncoat to boot. Hell yeah.

His hair is shorter now and I don't think he had any facial hair, but he's in really good shape for a man his age.

That's awesome that you saw the man in the flesh, Maugwai. I've always been impressed by how healthy (and radiant? can a man be radiant?) Ron Glass seems to be. He was quite buff later on in the series -- must have been the Jayne influence, what with spotting each other and all.

Now that's just cool maugwai:) Anybody else have a BDH encounter story I wonder (other than conventions and simliar events, I mean)....
