Back up and running

On Monday I received a phone call which went along the lines of...Me: Hi
Dad: Hi, I could really do with being able to pick you up this evening.
Me: But I thought you weren't coming until Saturday.
Dad: Yeah... Change of plans, can you be ready in four hours?
Me: (Looking around my room in dismay thinking about how hard it is to pack everything into the smallest number of boxes even when there's no time limit.) Ummm... I can try.
Dad: Great, see you later.
Four hours of packing later and my entire room has been condensed into 13 (not particularly neat boxes) and I'm scraping the last of the poster tack off the walls.
It's taken 4 days but the last box is finally unpacked and I've got my computer up and running. I've missed you guys!

Welcome back.
I'm in the process of packing my bedroom/finding extraneous crap located elsewhere in the apartment and packing that so that I can send it all to a storage facility for the rest of summer. I think I might cry when the computer gets packed away.

We missed you too...may I just say I'm impressed by only 13 boxes. I just had to move out of my classroom and it took 38 boxes.

Did less than 13 boxes during my last move out, but I used big boxes and a steamer trunk;)
