Cruising along

Quick update...things are going along well...the house is on it's way to being done (only took a month!), and the bar still has some work until it's ready for a full-on Shindig. I've posted some photos of it in the Blue Sun Room...I'll be putting up a few more today.

I'm dating again, and having a grand old time. It's nice to be able to go out, have fun, and not worry about anything beyond tomorrow.
The costuming is coming along as well...I'm stitching as fast as I can, and trying to develop even more Firefly-themed costumes for y'all. If you have any ideas, feel free to let me know!
Work is picking up, which has kept me from playing here as often as I like...I do miss the daily posts.

Again, thanks to my extended family for being here for the good times and the bad! Y'all truly are the shiniest folk in the 'Verse!

Your opening a bar? if so, shiny, where's it located. I play in a band, and we might need to make a trip to play at your bar.

Alchemist...sorry...it's actually the basement of my house that I'm converting into a Maidenhead/Inara's shuttle cross. There are two other photos of it somewhere in the Blue Sun Room...
But having a band might not be a bad idea...might be a little cramped, though!

Tristan, they really are an extended family, aren't they, the Browncoats?
I've learned that myself lately with my own difficulties. It's good folk dressed in brown!

Yep...one big dysfunctional family with a prediliction towards earthtones;)

And glad to hear things are looking up for ya, Tristan! Definitely will have to look into a visual update on the basement when it gets done;)
