Flan 2 Cancellation?

I didn't get any e-mails from booster events about it but I can't seem to make it to the site. My computer goes wonky. So anyone who knows anything please contact me? I have a ticket but I'm not sure I can go anyway.~ All the love in the 'verse~

Supposedly, they (BE) are having financial difficulties. They are supposed to find out tomorrow (Dec 1) whether they have financing for the event. If not, it will be cancelled.
As of an hour ago, there was no update. If you can get to whedonesque.com, there's a large thread on the topic with a lot more info.

Boggles the mind that a sold out convention could be in financial poorhouse, doesn't it? Still...happy thoughts, if only till the axe has to come down...
