I've had enough of Fox

Monday, April 30, 2007 7:42 AM

I remained silent when they cancelled Firefly. I sat by in a quiet rage when Justice was tossed aside. But I can no longer tolerate the enormous mistakes of Fox. Drive was incredible; and the last straw. It's time for revenge my friends. It's time to be heard. It's time for a boycott. We have begun to fight! But we need numbers to be noticed. Our myspace username is Burned by Fox. Look us up. We will boycott Fox and any company that advertises with them. "I aim to misbehave." Who's with me?

Which is why I no longer watch FOX, I just wait for the good shows they cancel to come out on DVD, so they can see that the shows would sell if those idiots would just wait a little longer and stop pre-empting them!

I boycotted Fox before. I broke it when Drive came on, and now I've programmed my TV to skip that channel. HAHA!

OK I was just planning to send the execs live scorpions through the mail, but I suppose I could boycott

*sigh* Boycotts, in this case, are a double-edged sword IMO.

On the one hand, it would certainly send a message if Fox had their ratings plummet from all the Browncoats and Minearaholics (or whatever disciples of Tim Minear are called;D) stopping their patronage of FOX.

On the other...Fox would stop trying to make shows like "Firefly" or "Drive" or "Keen Eddie" or any of the other zillion shows they tried and canned when they weren't immediate hits. So they would stick with utter tripe to catch all the casual viewers and not us.

Still...it's a strong idea;)
