Prom!

Ok, so prom was last night.... o it was amazing, truly and utterly awesome. loads of people said they thought my dress was gorgeous, and I got loads of lovely dancing in ;)Best thing though: I spent almost the entire night with this really lovely, sweet guy, who insisted on buying my drinks and asked for my number at the end of the night. Why the hell did I not get to know him before the last night of school I have no idea, cos we have so much in common, and we just seemed to click. He is really great.
I would have got to spend more time with him, cept we were going to separate after prom parties, and though he tried, he couldn't get a lift to the one I was at at 2 in the morning.
Luckily for me, a friend of mine is having a rather belated after-prom next saturday, and he should hopefully be there... fingers crossed...
So I am absolutely shattered, after about two hours sleep on the floor at the party, sharing a sleeping bag with two other people, but it is totally worth it, it was one of the best nights ever.

Glad you had so much fun! My prom was also one of the best nights of my life, I think it's a universal thing :-)

glad you liked your prom. Mine was rubbish. Crappy music and my friends kept trying to set me up with this lad. The ironic thing is that lad is now one of my best friends

yay for good proms.. We didn't have one, not really a tradition here. Hearing your story kinda makes me wish we had.

Certainly glad your prom went off so well. Sadly, my memories of my prom are tainted by unpleasant memories of the rich-bitch clique tormenting my date without me knowing:(
Oh...and mucho luck with the proto-soulmate. Always good to have those kinds of moments;D
