..Till i write the FINAL CHAPTER

Responding to the accusation that Scorpion is a Mary-sue. The story ain't over yet.Not by a long shot. She has some mary-sue like qualities but...

*Spoiler*

I control the story. And all story up to now was revealed to be red herrings. You know what that is? Google it.

I am glad to have three or four readers. Zero-Joe-Darkfy and Alun are my heroes.I am glad to have a beta-Alun you rock. But I notice more people getting responses then i am. Is it frustrating? YES. Is it frustrating that people hate the story? YES. Will it discourage me from writing more? No.
Some people hate Jaylee or Slash- I read both, Some is better then others.

So put Scorpion in a catagory(there are so many). Its an original character that has yet to be totally revealed.

So quit your bitchin and bother some other nutcase...

PS...... I ain't her.. I am far worse...

I think you're a wonderful writer.

You can't let the negitive critics get to you.

You write what you write. Some people will like it, some won't. Some might tell you that, some might not. It comes with the posting-in-a-public-forum territory.

Ignoring, or listening to your critics is up to you. Sometimes criticism is well spoken, well meant, and only given in an attempt point out something you may not have noticed, or thought was important. Some, of coure, can be outright flames.

There's always bad to go with the good. Don't let it get to you. Do what you want. People will read it or they won't.

The whole "Mary Sue" issue is just one of those things, Tinadoll. Any OC can drift in that direction, regardless of gender, if one is not careful about giving them character flaws that temper their skills. River is a genius generally without peer...but she's bratty about her knowledge and comprehension skills. That and her maturity level is behind the curve, so to speak;)

And my ability to "rock" is dependent on your work, Tina. I have certain taken cracks at fanfic that was seriously nasty to tackle because it was written in another language and the translation is wonky. Or the writer does not have the minimum standard of care for their work that even a hobbyist needs to have.
