I'll take the helm of almost any nation willing to have me. I'll even make the effort to learn a few useful phrases in whatever colorful and quaint language you speak in your nation assuming you don't speak USAian. Dun: Ireland sounds like it might be nice. How are the winters there? I like mine snowy but not too cold.
