It's been a long time... Updates!

As some of you know, I'm endevoring to be a writer. To that end I've taken another step in the right direction.I took the Advanced Creative Writing class, again through my local college, and am at the final class. What an eye opening ride it was.
I had to write poetry for the first time. Two poems actually, Lyrical and Shakespearean Sonnet. I have to say it was the hardest thing I've ever done, BUT what an effect its had on the way I write descriptions now.
Once this is done, I'll be into a year long novel writing course.
But I digress. The last class is an open Mic. So this coming Monday, I get to read some of my work to an actual audience.
Yikes!!
