Finally got it. Read it. Loved it. The ending especially made me smile.

I'll be the curmudgeon: I was expected more conflict than the 3 Stooges (Tagg, Trey & Leland) bitching about their money problems. I wanted someone embarrassing from Wash's past to meet Wash's present, someone like Wash's pregnant ex-girlfriend. Jayne makes a stupid comment and Zoe punches him in the face then befriends the ex. That's entertainment in the style of two "Death at a Funeral" movies. Wash would have appreciated no shameful stories about himself with midgets.
