Timothy Mearls works on all kinds of set designs and Firefly & Serenity was one of them. Hope he goes to a convention someday, would like to meet the man behind the art.

IMDB says he was lead set designer for Serenity, but doesn't say anything about the show. He was the actual ship designer?
