I've been taking up fanfic writing as a hobby for a while now, most of the time I'm writing stories based within the Whedonverse. I'm a bit of a perfectionist because I try to make my stories as faithful to Joss Whedons vision as possible, I'll also try making my own stories without going into My immortal territory. I am also looking for potential people to bounce off ideas and show my stories for criticism.COMMENTS: 2

My Immortal is pure avant garde art. It's actually not a bad thing to aspire to, so long as you're doing it deliberately.
I think it's a lot quieter around here than it's been in the past and I only check in every so often. What are your fanfics about? There's usually someone around here who might be into a given plot or character depiction.
Best thing to do is post your fanfics with a description and see who bites. :)

Ah, I see you posted a synopsis already.
Well, outlines are good, as is asking others for advice. Just don't let yourself get intimidated or overwhelmed into not writing or posting. Every story has to start somewhere.
