Extremely attractive (as they all are), tough-as-nails and compassionate ("River, honey, he's putting the hair away now."), ever-loyal, and with the coolest gun (sorry, Captain Tightpants!) - the wonderful Zoe Washburne (provided I spelled that right, except for the double-dot above the first 'e')!

I have no pics to post sadly but that doesn't mean that I don't have some love to give up for my favorite warrior woman. The thing I like best about Zoe is that out of all of Joss' strong women characters she is the strongest, and not becuase she has superhuman powers. Just an incredible woman who is a BDH.

Zoe's defintely just about the toughest one on the crew. I mean Jayne might seem like he is, but I'm sure she could kill him with her pinky too.
(spoiler) And also remember in Serenity, her husband get run through with a harpoon, and she's still fighting right after it. And then later she even is fixing the holes from the harpoon that went through the ship. I always like how strong her character is.

Gina torres is a very beautiful woman. Funny thing--I watched her on her new show last week and I kept thinking she looked odd and I couldn't figure out why. Then it hit me! I've really only seen her on Firefly, the Matrix movies and Cleopatra 2525 so this was the first time I've seen her in "normal" clothes!

Zoes's great. I really like how she kicks butt, she's really feminine and level-headed. Zoe's great because she has the strength to make difficult decisions and she is a really good wife to Wash because while she doesn't like making soup for anyone else, she loves making soup for her husband.

There is an actual term in Xena fandom, that expresses a heterosexual woman's willingness to sleep with Lucy Lawless if given the opportunity. It's called a Lawlesbian (aren't we Xenites, pervy?) I just prefaced with that to say this. Yes, I'm a girl. Yes, I'm straight. No, I would not sleep with her. But, yes, Zoe is hot.

What's that? Of course I'm comfortable in my sexuality. No, there wasn't that one time that I said that in OMR, when Inara said, "You can't play a player." that she almost turned me out. I don't know where you people get this stuff from.

Who doesn't love Zoe? Strength, courage, wisdom, passion, humour, beauty, leadership... she's a shining example to women everywhere.

And yes, she does get terribly neglected by us! Mostly because she's not as much of a mystery as Inara (although she can be pretty damn enigmatic when you think about how she behaves) and doesn't have the kooky cuteness we get with River and Kaylee. Still, she's our Warrior Woman and she is truly terrific.

Zoe is my favorite. I loved the scene where she was being questioned and she wasn't going to give them a thing! She's sexy and strong, tough when she has to be, tender when she wants to be, and totally her own person. Zoe is such a solid and intricate member of this crew.

Haven't quite figured out how to add in shiney pictures yet. I'm still working on it.

Easiest way is to save 'em to a photo hosting site and copy-paste the URL (say, for example, Photobucket) gives you. Or, if it's on Google, you can isolate the picture and paste that URL.

Uh... hope that makes some sense, at least.

She's one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen. I could look at her all day long. She's one of the only women who play a female character thats incredibly strong but not an irritating bitch. she has the charisma to play it calm, cool, collective and still kick some ass, and not have something else wrong with her. i love zoe! if i were a lesbian I think i would try to get with her. hehe...
