To quote from that article: "You remember 2008. You were there." That is actually true for me, but unlike the author of that article, I understand what happened. The credit rating companies gave AAA bond ratings, the highest possible, to bonds that were very risky, that should have been as low rated as dog poop. It was never immediately obvious that the bonds were dog poop, because the homeowners that gave the bonds their value didn't immediately default on their mortgages, but they would default because their mortgage payments would increase in a few years, rather than stay constant.

Why did the credit rating companies give AAA ratings? Because they made more money by giving false ratings to bonds. It is very clear that most Americans have no true understanding of what happened in 2008 and because of their psychology, they never will understand since everything financial will always be Too Long; Didn't Read for them.

Why lie about the bond ratings? Because the bond issuers were paying for the rating and they could only sell the bonds given a very high and very false rating. It is called a swindle.

Until the 1970's, it was the bond purchasers, not the bond sellers, who paid to have the bonds rated. The buyers of bonds would only pay for honest ratings. In the US deaths, deaths among the fully vaccinated (all vaccines) peaked at 1.5 per 100k and as of Oct 30 were 0.5. Deaths among the unvaccinated peaked at 10 and dropped to 3.5.

In terms of reality, rather than Jack's weird distorted fun-house version -

Vaccines don't prevent 'getting' a virus, or bacteria, or fungus. They prevent disease, which is something else entirely.

To take a non-controversial example: imagine you're bitten by a rabid animal. THE VIRUS IS NOW ALREADY IN YOUR BODY - YOU ARE ALREADY COLONIZED! It's attached to your cells, and creating more of itself at the bite wound, and in the process of working up through your nervous system, from the bite to your brain.

The vaccine did nothing to prevent the rabies virus being in your body where you were bitten!

So how does the rabies vaccine work to keep you alive? Because OBVIOUSLY it does something! or people wouldn't bother with it.

The vaccine sets up a race, between the rabies virus and your immune system. The vaccine gives your immune system a head start on fighting the virus, to keep the virus from multiplying and spreading to the point where it causes illness (illness ... disease - something with symptoms that makes you feel unwell) and eventual death.

But the exact same thing is true of ANY injected vaccine - the flu vaccine, or the polio vaccine, or the anthrax vaccine, or the smallpox vaccine, or indeed any other injected vaccine. No injected vaccine will prevent you from being colonized with a bacteria, virus, or fungus. NOTHING short of living in a bubble is going to keep them from colonizing you!

Instead, the role of vaccines is to prevent illness, and death. So, by their nature, preventing illness and death is what common vaccines do. And the same is true of the COVID-19 vaccine.

But I want to explain further. As I've mention - 50 or more times by now - there are 2 separate antibody systems - the internal one and the mucosal one. The internal immune system is under the skin, and uses IgG and IgM antibodies that are carried around in the blood. And whatever is bathed in significant blood circulation is protected by those antibodies. But the internal immune system is as opposed to the peripheral immune system, which found in the mucous membranes of the nose, mouth, upper airways, and eyes. That system works (topologically) on outside of the skin's surface. The mucous tissues actually secrete a different antibody IgA to the external environment. And IgA attaches to the things that it matches antigenically that are outside of the body's surface.

By the very nature of the COVID-19 vaccine - administered by injection - COVID-19 vaccines really only prime the internal immune system as opposed to the mucosal one. As a result, the vaccines have nothing to do with whether or not mucous surfaces get exposed to or infected by COVID-19. The vaccines will never prevent and were never intended to prevent infection - disease-causing inoculation. What they DO is trigger the internal immune system to prevent serious illness like pneumonia, kidney failure, CVS infection ... and death.

Or, as stated in the original vaccine study endpoints - the vaccines were developed to prevent serious infections and deaths.

I don't know how many time I can state this - 100? - to put it across to idiots like Jack-shit. But preventing infections never was the point of the COVID-19 vaccines. Preventing serious illness and death was.

The only question is - how far does the disease progress, and how much damage will it do?

Take Ebola. There is a vaccine for it. It's only 70pct effective, and only for one strain. But nobody would argue that it isn't a vaccine, and - if you're in a situation where there's a good chance you'll get exposed to that strain ... nobody would hesitate to get vaccinated.

Unfortunately there was a widespread misunderstanding about what the vaccine would do, helped along by friendly government propaganda, that the vaccine would end transmission. If the government had not over-promised on the vaccine, there wouldn't be such blowback now.

That doesn't take away from the fact that it does prevent serious illness and death.

It also doesn't take away from the fact that there is no vaccine that is 100pct safe, and deciding to get vaccinated is a risk/risk judgement.

BTW I tried to track down a 'pneumonia deaths' figure over the years, through available CDC tables: https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/data/nvsr/nvsr70/nvsr70-09-508.pdf and unfortunately they list "influenza AND pneumonia", not pneumonia separately. So I couldn't track all pneumonia deaths. But somebody with access to the raw data and the right software, like presumably the Epoch Times, could certainly bring that number out.

IMO the 'news' source left out important information. Maybe they never even looked at it. But the picture it paints is incomplete to me. At this point I can't make anything of the numbers, because important context is left out.

If 'pneumonia deaths' is as astronomically high as it looks, that would argue for extremely underdiagnosed COVID-19.

Besides, if you went to the hospital, there’d be a real chance you’d end up on a ventilator and be treated with remdesivir, a drug that’s shown little effectiveness but that has potentially serious side effects, including heart and kidney damage.

There are a lot of conspiracies surrounding the suppression of early treatment. There’s no need to get into them here, but it’s clear that the public health authorities decided that mass vaccination was the solution, and they knew that effective therapeutics would undermine the rationale for the vaccines.

Remember, the vaccines were granted Emergency Use Authorization, a requirement for which was that no alternate treatments existed. By claiming that there were no effective therapeutics (relying on badly flawed studies a junior high biology student could pick apart), they cleared the way for emergency authorization.

They feared that people wouldn’t take their experimental mRNA vaccines if they knew they could take these safe and effective medicines if they got sick.

So they went all out to discredit the therapeutics and those who promoted them. They said quacks were pushing a “horse dewormer,” which is ridiculous because people have been taking ivermectin for decades.

But the authorities, colluding with Big Tech, wanted it to appear that vaccination was the only legitimate option.

Well, pretty much everything they said was wrong.
You Can’t Vaccinate Your Way out of a Pandemic

The vaccines don’t prevent infection and do not stop the spread. Remember when Fauci and others were calling it a “pandemic of the unvaccinated”? That wasn’t true at all, as statistics from the most highly vaccinated countries like Israel have demonstrated.

The vaccinated are getting sick at very high rates, and it appears that they’re more likely to acquire the Omicron variant than the unvaccinated.

It’s not that the vaccines should have no role whatsoever. But they should be targeted toward the elderly and those with serious comorbidities. They shouldn’t be forced on the population as a whole, especially on children who face practically no risk from COVID whatsoever.

And it’s entirely possible that mass vaccination is actually creating variants because it forces the virus to evolve rapidly in order to perpetuate itself. Many vaccinologists will tell you that you can’t vaccinate your way out of a pandemic because of

There's no disagreement from me that Fauci is a lying snake trying to spin the situation to his own advantage. But it's not entirely Fauci's fault either. The CDC really messed up trying to make their home-brew test kits work for 2-3 months instead of using the already internationally available ones. And that led to a 'misunderestimation' of the presence and spread of COVID-19 in the US. And the US President clearly has the constitutional authority to close the borders in case of pandemic/ epidemic. So on the one hand I think Trump did a good thing by closing the borders. OTOH it was too little, too late.

I have yet to come across a single legitimate study that showed either drug separately, or both drugs together, or in combination with other drugs, were/ are safe and effective.
And there are many problems with both drugs, for example, 10% of males in the US of Mediterranean or African descent have G6PD deficiencies, and HCQ (and that family of drugs in general) will cause a devastating hemolysis of red blood cells ... and death.
That said, I didn't think the doctors should have been prevented from prescribing them either.
And also the US needed to fund the kind of large-scale well-controlled studies needed to determine the answers one way or the other. Because after all this time, we still don't know.

It's true that no one really knew how to treat the disease. It was new. And different. Remember the photos of 'prone' patients in Italian hospitals? People were trying everything they could think of. How about the shock of 'happy hopoxics' who were all but dead but who were awake and talking? Because nobody knew back then what was happening, what to expect, or what to do. As hard as it is to consider, at the time the medical system was making its best guesses because people just. didn't. know.

I do work. I do what I want to do. I have plenty of money, no debt, and near-zero bills and expenses.

My grandma asked me the other day, "what are you going to do with your time after you finish all of these projects?"

I told her, "I don't know. I don't bother planning that far ahead anymore."

I don't need to. I have no worries about my future. Short of the inevitable decline of old-age that nobody can avoid, the only way life is ever getting hard for me again is if this country totally goes down the shit tubes and our currency becomes worthless, but in that case we're all fucked and I'll still be much better equipped at navigating our new normal than most if it happens. I don't bother putting much time or effort into thinking about things like this because there's nothing I could do to change it if that ends up happening.

Who knows? When I'm done here and I get bored, I could very well triple the price I bought the house for and move into another one and do it all over again. I've certainly learned some lessons on what not to do when buying a home that will make the next one a lot easier.

P.S. GoFundMe is done. They really thought they could get away with keeping their cut but not giving the money where it was supposed to go.

The more time that passes, the more it's very clear that I've been right about everything since the beginning.

I can only hope that my trepidation of the vaccine is unfounded and that the worst case scenario is that it just doesn't work and all they got out of it was a few years of mass compliance.

In any event, I'd say the grand social experiment I'd called it in early-to-mid 2020 has been a monumental success.
