So, I'll get things started with my favorite scene, which came from my favorite episode....Out of Gas.

I love the scene when they're all together at the table and "Book" just told a funny story, "Wash" just plotted a 7 day course to avoid an Alliance check points, Kaylee brought in a cake for Simon's birthday and "River" didn't get him a present. Just as "Simon" is about to blow out the candles (I love how it's real huge candles they use in the scene) and the ship shutters, then he tries to blow them out again and a ball of fire comes through the door like an explosion and knocks "Zoe" back off the kitchen table as she pushed "Kaylee" out of the way.

I love this scene because it represents everything about the show that I fell in love with. Friends, laughing, danger, adventure, courage, sacrifice and love.

There's no place I can be since I found Serenity.

Impossible to select just one scene.

The first one that comes to mind though is from "Safe," when River tells Simon that she knows how much he gave up for her. "You found me, and you found me broken." Summer had the least acting experience of anyone on the show, and yet I think she did as good a job as any of them.

And then there's the Inara sponge-bath scene. :biggrin:

agree, too many to mention but did you see summer in the angel episode 'waiting in the wings'? received a standing O from the cast and crew after the final scene with angel , very very good accent too
