Woo! Funny funny stuff last week! I love running this game because you all make me wary of eating and drinking while reading this thread!

And without further ado, congrats to our week 15 winner, RYCE! A well earned victory!

This week's scene was submitted by WildHeavenFarm, and I think it is a doozy of a challenge, so have at it!

ROFL! I just bought "Better Off Dead" on DVD, been catching up on my 1980s teen-angst movies. That's possibly my favorite line in the whole thing (with the other contender being "Sorry I blew up your mom...")

Ebonezer & Greyjedi: This line and the "two dollars" thing are both from "Better Off Dead", a John Cusack movie from the mid-eighties. It's like John Hughes stuff (e.g. Breakfast Club, Pretty in Pink, etc.) but much more surreal / goofy. The "two dollars" stuff is from an obsessed newspaper delivery boy who will go to any length to collect what the hero owes him - i.e., $2.

OMG, I cried when i read that it got outlawed. Now it wont be long before someone gets the bright idea to outlaw it overhere in the US. (we don't kill over here).

Besides, people simply take into considerating the foxes, and they don't realize that now HUNDREDS of foxhounds are going to have to be killed (its hard to find homes for them), not to mention its the end of hundreds of years of breeding (for the hounds) and that the foxes are PESTS who eat chickens.

Foxhunters arn't evil, lecherous, humps, and beleve it or not its damn hard to stay on that horse when your galloping across fields and jumping ditches and fences. I resent the quotations around the word "sport."

anyway, probably not that funny, and a joke that takes this long to explain is usually not worth telling hey?

Probably not, but I for one got it, and enjoyed the subtle humor of it...and I am on the other side of the pond. :)

i'm sorry, to have offended u, and have only just realised that i had portrayed my opinion as fact, which is wrong of me.
In my opinion it is wrong to gang up on a fox and kill it using dogs. it is also wrong to breed animals to kill.
I agree that it is a shame that hundreds of dogs may be killed. And i also think that is wrong. I also understand the fact that many people are going to loose their jobs-the dog breeders etc. which i think is also a huge problem and i have the greatest of sympathy for these people, who in the most part are skilled individuals.

You may or may not know that many hunts are continuing despite of the law, as there are loopholes (you can hunt, with all the dogs etc. as long as you don't kill a fox and other such loopholes)!

I am against fox hunting! Which you may have guessed, but i do have sympathy for those people whose lively hoods are being destroyed and the animals who will die as a result, i am not heartless.

sorry if i have offended you, but i beleive fox hunting is wrong!
