Why don't you focus on today's failures for the Democratic Party instead of worrying about your massive failures 2 years from now because you fail repeatedly to learn any lessons.

Why am I posting this? To show how the Democrats are now reaching out to the second largest group in America; Spanish and Latino. The Republicans cannot do this.

Their core voter does not want them appealing to, or promising the Spanish community any services. All they can do is run commercials on Telemundo or make brief appearances, via short clips, to spew lies and make false promises. All other right leaning news outlets only show contempt towards these people. Collectively the cats out of the bag, and in their own language.

The Democratic left is running full sections of news showing how poorly the Trump administration is treating them. And they are doing it in a format that reaches them all. They are also showing and explaining what Trump is doing across the board. The news outlet is MIDAS TOUCH. These guys actually sound like what you hear. My friends, this is called, Latino click bait.

BREAKING: Democrat FLIPS Trump District in Pennsylvania

Looks like there must be too much of that USAID money still floating around out there.

This is shocking to nobody because Democrats win 100% of Special Elections. They have that whole cheating apparatus on lockdown. It appears that even with USAID shut down and ActBlue under investigation, they still had enough to lead this election by 0.89%, or less than 500 votes. Nobody votes in these things, so it's very easy for Democrats to get enough people to go vote in them by using taxpayer dollars to fund the effort.

There's an automatic recount in Pennsylvania if the election is less than .50%, but anyone can request one at any time. They should request one. Hopefully an investigation as well.

Meanwhile, it serves them right. If the locals don't care enough to go and vote in a non Presidential election, they deserve to have Democrats take over their cities and run them into the fucking ground.

Trump Approval Rating Tracker: 60% Unhappy About Tariffs

Net -14 approval rating: More than half, 56%, of 1,229 U.S. adults surveyed March 20-24 by AP-NORC said they strongly or somewhat disapprove or lean towards disapproving of Trump’s job performance as president, while his net approval rating totaled 42% (the poll has a 3.9-point margin of error).

When asked about Trump’s handling of trade negotiations with other countries, 60% said they strongly or somewhat disapprove or lean towards disapproving, including 27% of Republicans, 68% of independents and 89% of Democrats—as Trump has imposed new tariffs on Canada, Mexico and China, steel aluminum and auto imports, and is expected to announce a new round of reciprocal tariffs against U.S. trading partners on Wednesday.

Even: A CBS/YouGov poll found equal shares of the 2,609 U.S. adults surveyed March 27-28 approve or disapprove of Trump’s job performance (margin of error 2.3), while 55% said he is focusing “too much” on putting tariffs on goods from other countries and 38% said it’s the “right amount” of focus.

March 25-6: More than half, 51%, of 1,030 U.S. adults surveyed by Reuters/Ipsos from March 21-23 (margin of error 3) disapprove of Trump’s job performance, compared to 45% who approve .

The poll also asked respondents whether presidents should obey federal court rulings amid the administration’s battle with a federal judge who suspects it may have defied his order to halt deportations of migrants to El Salvador carried out under a special wartime authority known as the Alien Enemies Act: 82% of respondents said the president should obey court orders, including majorities of both Republicans and Democrats.

LIVE NOW: Sen. Booker will go as long as he can in marathon Senate speech to protest Trump

Cory Booker's record-breaking speech ignites a Democratic base 'desperate' for a fighter

WASHINGTON — Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J., wanted to do something extraordinary. He knew Democratic voters were desperate for it.

So he took to the Senate floor with little fanfare and went on to deliver a marathon speech — excoriating the Trump administration for lawlessness and undermining American values and in the process breaking the record for longest Senate speech ever, yielding Tuesday after 25 hours and 5 minutes.

It was a cathartic moment for a vast swath of demoralized voters across the country, who tuned in amid hunger for some action by the opposition party beyond the traditions of business as usual.

A lot of good that did you. You just lost the popular vote to a Republican by two million plus votes. And it was Trump of all people. The only time that's happened in recent history was after 9/11, and Bush Jr.'s popularity plummeted shortly afterward.

In reality, you're about 5 Million short on the popular vote from where you need to be to win a Presidential election because of the Electoral College. All those excess Republican votes from California, New York and Illinois are meaningless if they swing back the other way. And you just simply won't be able to get any of them back in the places where you need them unless Trump actually does ruin everyone's lives.

And so you cheer for America to plunge into chaos every day like a good little soldier.

Meanwhile, your party's numbers have only fallen sharply since election day, and every time you let one of your far-left activists speak for you it only drops further.

You've lost EVERYONE in the middle. They know who Democrats are now and the only way they would EVER be voted for by the middle again is if they build a new party that speaks for them, or Trump destroys everything.

Nobody cares about you lunatics anymore. Your opportunity window to fix your party has closed. Your opinion is meaningless and the world you thought you were living in 6 months ago no longer exists.

'Thirty to forty' House GOP lawmakers at risk of 2026 defeat due to Trump: analyst

During an appearance on MSNBC's "The Weekend," analyst Dave Jolly, who previously served as a Republican in the House representing Florida, was asked whether the actions of Donald Trump and Elon Musk are "waking up the sleepy beast" that is the electorate.

That led Jolly to issue his warning to GOP lawmakers and explain to co-host Alicia Menendez, "What Donald Trump is doing with a collapsed Republican Congress is not good for the American people, regardless of your party registration."

"A message to Republicans: watch out," was the advice of one MSNBC political analyst on Saturday morning"

Nobody has any need to read beyond the first sentence of that article. It already tells you that you're in for more incorrect predictions from the people who have been wrong about everything for 10 years straight. The same people who you have allowed to lie to you for 10 years straight. The same people who you have been parroting for 10 years straight, even though they break your heart over and over and over and over again with their ceaseless lies.

Here's his history from Wikipedia:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Jolly

Quote:

David Wilson Jolly (born October 31, 1972) is an American attorney, former lobbyist, and formerly Republican politician who served as the U.S. representative for Florida's 13th congressional district (Pinellas County) from 2014 to 2017. Having served as general counsel to his predecessor, Republican Bill Young,[1] Jolly won a January 2014 special election for Young's seat.[2] He was reelected in November 2014[3] but was defeated in 2016 by Democrat Charlie Crist. After leaving office, Jolly became a prominent Republican critic of President Donald Trump.[4][5][6] In September 2018, Jolly announced he had left the Republican Party.[7]

Gee... A prominent Trump critic since he got spanked by Charlie Crist in 2016 and he announced that he left the Republican Party 7 years ago? And now he makes appearances on MSNBC where they refer to him with the meaningless title of "analyst".

Ya don't say.

Literally. If you're Raw Story, or MSN re-posting the article, you don't mention that this guy hasn't been a member of the Republican party for 7 years and Liz Cheney has probably been balls deep in him on multiple occasions.

Imagine that, huh?

Use your brain Ted. I know you're better than this.

Unless Trump messes life up for everybody, which Democrats are praying for, I don't see how they possibly could.

Democrats can't break 30% approval on a CNN poll.

Even in the event of a massive societal shift in the next 2 or 4 years, the Senate map looks virtually impossible for Democrats for the next 2 decades straight and they're not likely to ever have control of the senate again until the mid 2040s. Maybe never again in my lifetime.

Wisconsin voters just passed a new law requiring voter ID in Wisconsin, so Democrats will never win Wisconsin again, and they've lost one of the few "swing" states left (didn't look like we had any swing states in the last election).

The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell for a third day following President Donald Trump’s tariff rollout, with the president threatening even higher rates against China. The S&P 500 lost more than 10% the last three sessions in its worst stretch since the outbreak of Covid in 2020. Despite the sell-off, the White House has remained defiant, reiterating that the set of shockingly high tariffs would take effect April 9, as scheduled. China retaliated and other countries are readying their own counter-tariffs.

'Clear indications that Donald Trump’s presidency is endangered' after climbdown: expert

After only three months in office full of missteps, some political observers are admitting Donald Trump's second time in the Oval Office is going poorly with one Washington insider pointing out his tariff plan has turned into a "self-inflicted wound" that has damaged his prospects.

In an interview with the Guardian's David Smith, Larry Jacobs, director of the Center for the Study of Politics and Governance at the University of Minnesota, marveled at how badly things have gone for the re-elected president while admitting it may be too early to call what is going on now a "failed presidency."

He then added, "... but to me there are clear indications that Donald Trump’s presidency is endangered."

Donald Trump warned the 'winds are moving' after EU makes huge China decision

Europe appears to be shifting its gaze eastward, seeking assistance from China rather than the US as leaders pursue trade agreements with the Asian giant instead of American President Donald Trump, whose stance towards the Chinese was roasted by US talk show host Jimmy Kimmel.

Euronews reveals that following President Trump's infamous "reciprocal tariffs" speech at the White House earlier this month, the first call made by European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen was to China, which has promised to "fight until the end" against Trump tariffs, as the superpower levied their own tariffs in response.

The European Commission - who recently issued Trump a stark warning over his economic policies - issued an official statement saying: "In response to the widespread disruption caused by the US tariffs, President von der Leyen stressed the responsibility of Europe and China, as two of the world's largest markets, to support a strong reformed trading system, free, fair and founded on a level playing field. The news comes as Trump's real height was revealed in his medical assessment, after doubts had previously been cast.

Well that's only because your media only started reporting on a bad economy 3 months ago after ignoring it for 4 years straight.

That's a major reason why you lost the election. All of the poor people knew how bad Democrats and Joe Biden* were for them LONG before the college "educated" white people even had a clue there was a problem. Now all they hear about every day is the economy and how bad it is after 4 years of gaslighting that we weren't in a recession and everything is fine.

53% on ANYTHING that appears to be remotely in your favor is all you can celebrate in 2025.

The only problem is, it's not in your favor. CNN just released a poll the other day which I've already shared several times saying that Trump has overwhelming support on fixing the economy vs the Democratic Party in general. He wins that by 20% at CNN, right now.

So fine... 53% in a single CNN poll right now believe the economy is getting worse.

Who cares? They still don't trust Democrats to do anything but make it MUCH worse.

g-below-average.aspx

WASHINGTON, D.C. — President Donald Trump is closing out the first quarter of his second term in office with an average 45% job approval rating, higher than the 41% earned in his first term but well below all other post-World War II presidents elected in the U.S. The average first-quarter rating for all presidents elected from 1952 to 2020 is 60%.

John F. Kennedy and Dwight Eisenhower had the highest first-quarter average ratings, with both registering above 70%, while Jimmy Carter, Barack Obama and Ronald Reagan averaged between 60% and 69%. George W. Bush, George H.W. Bush, Joe Biden and Bill Clinton had similar average ratings of 55% to 58% in their first quarters. Trump is the only president to have sub-50% average approval ratings during a first quarter in office.

Trump’s first-quarter average for his second term includes his latest 44% approval rating, from an April 1-14 poll, with 53% of Americans currently disapproving of the way he is handling his job. This is in line with the previous three readings during his second term. Of these, his highest individual approval rating this year was the first one — 47% in January.

Yup, went out again for the last time. Spent another $250.00. I've done some very smart shopping so I won't be going to the store except to buy milk for a very long time.

Now the money I don't spend will accumulate. I've lost nothing. And with what's going to happen to inflation along with all the tariff taxes, I am probably saving a ton. This poll is thirteen days old.
At the rate Trumps favorability ratings keep dropping
it has to be worse now.

Trump Faces Growing Political Pressure as GOP Support Wavers

President Donald Trump is facing mounting political challenges amid signs that Republican support is weakening. A recent poll conducted by RMG Research, a firm founded by conservative pollster Scott Rasmussen, reveals a shift in voter preference toward Democrats — a development that could have major implications for Trump and his party.

Shift Toward Democrats Marks Seven-Point Swing Since February

When including voters who leaned toward either party, Democratic support rose to 50%, while Republican support stood at 45%. This represents a significant seven-point swing toward Democrats since February 2025, when Republicans led 51% to 44% in similar polling.

Political Expert Predicts Democratic Takeover in Midterms

William F. Hall, an adjunct professor of political science and business at Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri, previously told Newsweek that “it is my opinion, increasingly, in view of the extremely negative ratings experienced by a Republican led Administration, it does appear that, barring some highly unlikely unforeseen circumstances, the midterm elections will bring about a major shift in the makeup of the House of Representatives, with an overwhelming victory for Democratic House candidate

If you cheat on your income taxes, this is the kind of Presidential leadership you will vote for again and again:

Federal Understaffing Spotlight: Internal Revenue Service (IRS)

https://therevolvingdoorproject.org/irs-understaffing/

The Trump administration and DOGE proposed cutting IRS staffing by nearly 20% by May 15th. Internal White House documents obtained by the Washington Post suggest the agency may cut its staff by 1 in 3.

Here are the responsibilities the agency has needed more staffing to properly fulfill (but Republican Congressmen refused to fund):

Collecting Unpaid Taxes: Every year, there is a “tax gap” that the IRS seeks to fill. The tax gap is the difference between the total taxes owed to the government and the amount actually paid on time. A 2021 Treasury report estimated that there is a $600 billion tax gap every year, likely only made worse by the huge decrease in enforcement staffers since 2010. (and nominally higher due to inflation as well)

Auditing Rich People and Corporations: In 2022, the auditor workforce at the IRS “reached its lowest level since World War II.” The agency lost 17,000 workers over the course of the 2010s. Predictably, declining staffing levels led to a general decrease in audits: “Since 2010, the IRS’s overall audit rate has dropped 58 percent, including 54 percent for the largest corporations and 71 percent for those making more than $1 million a year.” Audits that were still conducted were less intensive and rushed. With fewer trained specialists capable of analyzing complex tax returns, IRS understaffing means large corporations and wealthy individuals have a much easier time evading taxes.

True 2 unless the cheaters lose more because of Trumps policies than they would gain cheating on their taxes.

I've noticed Jack isn't stopping by my threads, posting very much. The reality of what is happening, how badly Trump is fucking up, is too much for him to take. All I expect from him now is short, one sentence responses. Public opinion is off the chart bad for Trump.

All Jack does now is whataboutism. His arguing about the current reality, facts, doesn't work. He calls videos such as this one click bait because he can't address the facts being revealed by the video host.

I don't know how much experience you have with Trumptards, but I have decades. I knew future Trump voters when they were babies. Knew their parents and grandparents, too. The families of Trumptards are generations of losers who deny reality. I learned that you should never expect consistent responsible behavior from a Trumptard, or their ancestors. They don't even understand the necessary rudiments for prospering in America, and certainly they don't practice them. Trump is appealing to them because his behavior (particularly the anger, the cheating, and the laziness) and ignorance match theirs. To condemn Trump would be the same as to condemn themselves, and they ain't gonna do that.

What? I take a day or two off of laughing at you and that's me conceding that Trump is a bad President?

Nah.

Your party is dead. They're never coming back.

I'm just really bored of you is all.

I was always surprised when I found out family and friends were bigoted. Although most of my family were not, many were. I’m not perfect, however what I care about most is how someone acts. Not what they look like.

Realizing this country cannot survive if everyone is at each other's throat tempers me. The south lost the war but still live in a cesspool of malcontent. Southerners always complained that others saw their accent as a sign of ignorance. Most people have accents, I do. That isn’t it. It’s the ignorance of thought that accompanied the accent that exposed their lack of class, their lack of intelligence and forethought. Fortunately, most people don't hate the way they do. That said, this does not apply to all southerners.
