You can’t defend what Elon and Trump has done to many good Americans. They didn’t go in and find waste and fraud at the government agencies they savaged. They just started firing people. Many of whom they had to recall because they performed much needed services, i.e. nuclear oversight. Or because the courts deemed their firing to be illegal.

You can’t defend against all the science, much of it done at universities and in mid-stream, that Trump has/is destroying. Cancer research stopped cold. The brain drain for the first time in our history; is scientists are leaving because Trump is shutting down grants. You can't defend children in Africa we used to feed are now starving to death.

Agriculture is going to take a severe hit over the next few years. The damage Trump is doing is so extensive the small minds here can't comprehend how bad it is going to get. I'll post a video by Peter Zeihan.

So, who does this affect?

Let's look at iPhones. Apple pays China an estimated $500 for a phone that retails for $1000- $1200. Cellphones are currently exempt from tariffs, but let's say Trump decides to impose a 50% tariff on Chinese made iPhones.

Suddenly, the retail price could jump to $1500 -$1800, with US gov collecting $500- $600 at the border.

What is Apple to do?

Apple could try to bargain with China to reduce costs. And China could reduce its wages or invest in more automation, but that's unlikely bc they have a deal w

Point 1; I respond when I get to it. And because I source most of what I post, I do not understand your MSNBC shit. What I posted about the ACA being under attack, you should know to be factual without being sourced. It’s its history, and what we’ve witnessed since its inception. I reminded you, the republicans voted to repeal it more than 50 times. I reminded you, the republicans vowed to replace it with something better each time, they didn't. I reminded you, Trump vowed to again in his latest campaign; he hasn't. I've asked you why you never mention that? Why you never have held them accountable?

Now, why would you try and source that with MSNBC? Everything else I’ve sourced. If you were honest, you'd admit you can't source anything that disputes what I've posted. And by your own admission in your quoted post here, you sure tried.

Point 2; Much of what you post are subjective rants that are unreadable; boring. And they go on forever. You sabotage the conversation when you do this. Your posts have zero fluidity. Like mine do, and in this case, does.

Point 3; You take a sentence, an incomplete perspective of what someone posts, and address that. You strip away the reasoning for the thought before you respond. This makes your responses deceptive. As a recipient of said posts, I know what you are doing right off. There is no reason for me to do anything but see what can be salvaged from your intended point; if anything, usually not.
