Boston POST-Screening Party

For those of you interested we are having a party AFTER the screening is completed. We figured that with many of us needing to fight Boston traffic to get to the theater after would be better than before. We will be going to Chow Chau City in Chinatown. It is pretty huge and open until 3AM, so we should not have a problem getting in. Yipie!

It unfortunately does quit at about that time. I think our car is full (heading back to the Waltham/Lexington area), but you could post to our yahoo group at tv.groups.yahoo.com/group/NE_Browncoats/ to see if anyone could take ya home.

Welcome out of towner. There will be several folks from else where. If we can not find you a ride (which I doubt will be a problem) worst thing is you could take a cab. Should not be too pricy. Won't be stuck in traffic at that time of night.

We have a bit of a running gag...

"If you can't get their yourself, take the T. If you can't take the T, find someone to give you a ride." Well you know the rest....

Adding to the post-screening thread here - I'll be at the screening, ticket in hand, coming in from way down south...I'm even bringing a fellow Browncoat with me!

I'll try to make it to the post-screening shindig, or perhaps I'll see fff'ers at the theater while waiting in line.

I will make a serious effort to wear a button with Forrestwolf on it, and I WILL be wearing my dark purple shirt, beige suspenders, and slacks (hey, I don't have riding boots or pants!). Perhaps someone can recognize me and I'll get to meet people from here!

I'm excited about the screening. I plan on taking the Green Line home. I asked at the theater and the BDM runs around 2 hours and since there will be no previews, since it starts at 10 PM, I figure it should be done by 12:10 AM, leaving me time to get to the Green Line Boyleston T stop. Otherwise I'll be in trouble.

(after screening party sounds fun, but I have to go to work on Friday)

i tried to get into the yahoo NE browcoats group, but my yahoo email is all screwed up, oh well, maybe if I can meet someone down there that mite be able to give me a ride, ill be the kid with the short hair and septum peircing (and laptop if this stupid ebay guy can learn how to ship!)...

i was registered, but for some reason when i tried to send an email it said it was bounced, i should change it to a different email address, im just at work at the moment so free moments are intermitant

Same here. Sounds like a good time. A less good-sounding time is 5:45, however, which would be when my alarm goes off in the morning... So, uh, I might not be able to stay awake all that long. But comatose or not, I'll see what I can do!

Hey, if anyone has an extra ticket (last minute friend cancellation or something), let me know! Heck, I'll pay extra!

It's driving me crazy, I work literally 2 blocks from the theater, so my other alternative is pressing my face to the glass with a big ole sad face on after work...
