According to FOX.com/Firefly Message boards, Firefly is officially over. They will air the unaired episodes in the summer. The DVD will come out in the late future.

We already knew it was cancelled, though it's sad to hear it's official, but...

This is good news! The ratings are going to SKY ROCKET this summer, and the DVD sales are going to EXPLODE, and Joss will get his movie/mini series soon!

The only way were going to get a DVD of Firefly is if we get a bootleg just as I'm doing.Although I hope your right about the unaired episodes comming out this summer.

Fox hasn't "officially cancelled" Firefly yet, even though they did. meaning they told pretty much everyone involved that they won't be paying for any more episodes. the cast has since moved on to new projects and the sets have been torn down. Joss (fireflys creator) is still supposedly hard at work planning something Firefly related. Fox hasn't released any sort of "officially cancelled" press release yet, most likely because they are still sitting on three finished epsodes that they want to air at some point.

Well i hope they do air the three episodes this summer, and that they give us some heads up. I personally plan on getting my friends out to watch them. Gonna be a firefly party in feenix's basement. I plan on laying the groundwork, and challenge you all to do it too, so that fox is on its knee's begging for forgiveness and working its ass off to get the cast members to come back. I personally cant believe they axed Firefly while keeping John Doe, John Doe is ok, but firefly was a ton better. Once again Feenix rambles, but people, I ramble, because i care!
Oh and by the way....fox has the worst BB system i have ever seen...i dont know what that thing is...but its terrible!

As for BB's, I'm gonna have to disagree with you. ABC's is the worst. Like, how to become part of the Miracles fandom with a set up like that?!

I actually havent been to ABC, but as a web programmer (NOT GRAPHICS i am not artist) i have been through alot of BBs, and Fox is the worst one i have seen.

FIREFLY Rocks!!! I think Firefly should move in "Miracles" spot on ABC. Don't you guys agree.

I will admit so far I've been disapointed with Miracles. The show has (or had) potential but just hasn't been delivering. Last weeks show seemed like something we would have seen on the X-files. I wanted all the fire and brimstone stuff that seemed to be coming, but I guess if you get to all that too soon the series would be over. Like I said, it's starting to look like an X-files clone. Maybe this has something to do with ABC wanting the show to be what they want instead of what the creative team envisioned (kinda like Firefly).

I also have a few things to say about Starhunter which I finally saw last weekend but that will be another thread. Might wait till I see some more though.

Firefly in Miracles spot would be sweet, but, from what we heard everyone already passed on picking up the series. I will never give up because if anyone can come through for us it's Joss. Be it a few weeks or a few years I will help to do whatever I can. Fly Serenity, fly.

I am voting to ignore this little twerp until he has somethin interesting to say. He's only 13 years old and seems to have a typical 13 year old sense of humor. See the thread of NEW FIREFLY UPDATE!!!!!!!!!

Miracles is getting better, even if they are getting their eps. out of order.
