My hubby and I have been chosen 1 of 4 finalists in the WSET Home makeover contest.
Now it is up to the public as to who wins..this is where you come in

Hey guys!
The news crew just left from doing a spot for the 6 o'clock news.
We spent the whole "wait time" talking about Firefly and Serenity!!!
The crew at our house, was very excited to hear about all the "craze"
I told him how all the Firefly "Browncoats" were getting together to vote for us. He said he can't wait to see how many votes we get.
They told us if we win the make over, they will talk to us about doing a promo about Serenity. they wanted to know about the web site with the fans, pre- screenings, etc.
I told them even if we do not win the contest, they still need to do the story about Serenity.
So lets hope they do!!

I voted this morning.
You have to register by email first, so you can only vote once a day per email address. It told me I could vote again tomorrow after 9:25am. When does the voting end? I'll vote as many times as I can.

I'm going to go register on my other email address and vote there, too.

It's a shame that there can be only one winner in this (though I do hope it's you and Bob, you certainly do deserve this!). All the stories are heartwrenching. Everyone deserves to have a decent place to live. That's why I volunteer at Habitat for Humanity every weekend. (shameless plug.) Let's not forget that there are thousands of stories like Bob and Sue's right in our own neighborhoods and that we have the power to help.

I for one am waiting to see what kind of response this will get here, I have seen over time how the people here will pull together and in general how kind they are to each other. Oh sure we have the random Troll pop by now and again, but once we throw them in the back forty where they belong we go back to discussing what brought us together in the first place.

for those of you who are having difficulty with registration, if you get an error for missing info, be sure and enter a username in the top line.

if you are trying to vote with different e-mail accts, you should clear your cookies. (if using XP, click on "tools" then "Internet Options" then "delete cookies").

when on the actual voting page, when you click on "Bob & Sue King", recheck that your vote is stiil correct before entering. Sue has had a problem when scrooling down to enter, it changed her vote. So please verify your vote before entering.
