'Grrr. Argghh.'

Last night I watched 'Storyteller' off my S7 disks. I noticed during the grrr. argghh. at the end its Andrew singing 'we are as gods!'. Ive noticed the changed version on OM,WF before too. Got me wondering which episodes had a different one than the normal grr. argghh.

Got this from wikipedia:

* "Becoming Part 2" - the demon says "Oooh I need a hug" instead of his usual line.

* "Amends" - He wears a santa hat and there are jingling bells in the background.

* "Graduation Day Part 2"- the demon is wearing a graduation cap.

* "Once More, With Feeling" - He sings the line.

* "Storyteller" - He sings "We are as Gods" which is a line from the episode.

* "Chosen" - He turns and pulls a face at the viewer.

I love it.

I know this is a widely known fact, but that's Joss himself doing the "Grrr. Argghh." bit. He also plays Numfar - Lorne's dancing brother on Angel. Ahhh...if only there were more cameos...

i just got back online... there is still so much to see, are you "jossing" me? that was really joss doing the dance of shame? no wonder i tried to copy it...no sorry NO wonder I got my mate to copy it after lots of alcohol! thanks for the info- i feel better now!!

That was Joss for reals. He came up with Numfar and the dancing, and apparently even demonstrated the dance for the writers, who in turn dared him to play Numfar himself. And he did.

Ohmigod! I would kill to be in that course! (seriously, just give me a target...) To study all things Joss, now there's a major I could be happy with! In the meantime, I get to study Buffy as part of my lit course...so fun! Now if only I could somehow convince the head of the department that Firefly is a worthy subject...

Did you know Joss also originally intended to play Badger on Firefly himself!!! It's in the commentary on the DVD.

Oh my god. I absolutely hated Grr argghh monster for "Chosen". Why? B.c he scared me! And just thinking about it right now scares me...I know it's silly, but I was never expecting him to do that.

X___X I think I'll go distract myself from that scary monster.

i love the grr arggh monster. I think that he should have gotten a cowboy hat for the end of firefly episodes. or a cunning orange hat for the end of the message.
