I've only read two chapters, but plan to read more. I'm enjoying Wash's portrayal; you've really captured his humor as well as Kaylee's.

I plan on reading it once it is complete. I have a standard clause when it comes to books/fanfics: never start anything until the author has completed it.

I know I miss out on things, but I can't bring myself to start anything that's incomplete just in case something happens and it doesn't get finished..

I will read it (probably all in one sitting) once it's done, I promise. I really am looking forward to it as I have nearly finished reading all the other fanfic stuff I had on my plate and will be looking for more soon.

The fic is absolutely magnificent, I haven't laughed this hard at a fic in a long time. And you're an update machine which is nice.

Have you read Hotpoint's stuff yet? It is probably my favorite story on here (it's a freakin book) but he is a sloth when it comes to updates (something about real life. . .whatever that is).

It has some of the best situations and characterisations I've ever seen in 'mere' fanfiction.

Those who've only read a chapter or two and stopped, it really moves so far on past the starting, ah, subject matter that you really should go back and get to reading it again. It's worth it, it surely is.

it's wicked shiny! part four was my first experience with ANY type of fanfic and now i'm being raised with a silver spoon in my mouth! weening after the end will certainly be a task.

Hey LadyStarHawk, if you plan to read Kaylee's Lament "probably all in one sitting", then you'd better either have a good seat cushion or be prepared for a numb behind. It's LONG! (and fantastic.)

You know what would make this a PERFECT fanfic? If you had "on to chapter xx" links at the end of each story. I absolutely love reading this fanfic, but I grumble every time I have to go back to the main page to find the next one.

The fact that I'm picking nits like that shows just how great your story is. I honestly have no idea how you're able to crank out such good material so fast. Simply amazing.
