Someone called "Pollaxt" on the Fox Firefly forum seems to have put this ep on Kazaa.

He is also trying to get "The Message" up.

Just wanted to let you know if you don't already.

It is there... I'm downloading it right now! Of course, I'll be downloading it for the next three days.

Does anyone know if Haken would host it if I could get him a copy, *if* it successfully downloads?

Can you provide the specific title, or something to make it stand out in a Kazaa search. Not having any luck here.

By the fox post, the title is "Firefly - 1x13 - Trash"

Haven't found it yet, but haven't looked very long either.

i can't see it on kazaa either. probably not many people with it right now i guess, but thanks for the heads up. i'll keep looking.

Get the "kazaa preview extractor" to check the kazaa file, and see if it is the right file. That little honey has saved me a bundle of time. I would have downloaded so much crap that wasn't what I wanted... I would have thrown my computer away in frustration by now.

To be perfectly honest... not that great - a little blurry - but better than the unaired pilot. It's a little over 200 MB, in .avi format. All of my other files are 800 MB mpegs! But I'm still very happy to get to watch it. Pollaxt is my hero.

Edit: OK, I just looked at it again. It's totally watchable and really not that bad. I just have ridiculously high standards. It's just about done... probably 45 minutes more (rate dropped a little).

I keep trying on Kazaa Lite but the search returns vary from 15-100 but still no "Trash". I'm not giving up, though, I'll be happy if I can just get an audio version. Yes, I've become a pitiful addict...

Thanks for the heads up and good luck to those looking for it. I have decided that I am going to wait for the official dvd for the unaired episodes. It will be an extreme test of my will power and I'm not sure I'll make it, but I'm going to try.

I got it(hurrah), pretty good ep :)

The filename is "Firefly - 1x13 - Trash" as I said before, no reason to search for anything else really so far.

Its got some nice conclusions to some previous things without saying more...

I should have it on kazaa now too, so thats at least 3 people out of the 4.5 million :)

What do you mean by glitches?

My computer was making weird noises I could find the source of(like IM sounds), but I figured that was just something I couldn't find for some reason.

As to when it takes place, I'm not certain. Theres nothing that says for sure when it happens I noticed, but I've only watched it once so far.

Yeah - same here... except I run linux and there's no way my computer was making some of those sounds. I think they're actually in the cap. Maybe someone can edit it out... I would try but I'd probably just mangle it!

Thanks so much for telling us about this website! My Fox channel is really a Fox affiliate and the uber-bastards on a couple of occasions elected to show baseball instead of Firefly so I haven't seen War Stories or Jaynestown, but now I know where to get them!
